Terms of sale

• $300 minimum per order.
• 6 units minimum per style — mix sizes freely.
• No category minimums. Mix swim, tops, kids, and accessories on a single PO.

• Default: Pay on ship (credit card pre-authorized at checkout, captured when your order leaves the warehouse).
• Net-30 unlocked at $3,000 lifetime spend.
• Net-60 unlocked at $5,000 lifetime spend.
• Approved retailers may also select Pay-in-60 at checkout (50% on ship, 50% on day 60).
• Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge after 10 days past due.

• Domestic orders ship from our Miami warehouse via UPS or FedEx Ground.
• Shipping is calculated at fulfillment. A flat $25 handling fee applies to small orders.
• International (Canada, Caribbean, EU) ships DDP on request — duties and taxes prepaid, no surprise fees at delivery.
• Standard turnaround: 3-5 business days from order confirmation. Pre-orders ship in the window quoted at line-sheet time.

• Defective merchandise: full credit or replacement within 14 days of receipt. Email sales@bermies.com with photos.
• Damaged in transit: file a claim within 5 business days of delivery. We'll handle the carrier paperwork.
• Buyer's remorse / non-defective returns are not accepted on wholesale orders.
• End-of-season swap program available for retailers with $10K+ annual spend — ask your account manager.

• Wholesale prices are firm and quoted in USD on the line sheet at order time.
• Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) equals the bermies.com retail price. Discounting below MAP requires written approval — first violation is a warning, second is grounds for account suspension.
• Promotional events (BOGO, end-of-season) need 14 days notice and a brief.
• Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, third-party Shopify multi-brand) are not authorized for Bermies product without written approval.

• Orders may be cancelled or amended free of charge until the order enters fulfillment (typically 24 hours after confirmation).
• Once shipped, an order is final.
• Pre-orders cancelled after the production cut-off date are charged a 25% restocking fee.

Bermies' liability on any order is limited to the wholesale value of the merchandise purchased. We do not warrant fitness for any particular consumer use beyond reasonable swim and resort wear applications.
